Upright Columns.
The upright columns are the metallic frames that provide vertical support to the racking system. They must be free of any structural damage as they are key for sustaining the weight on the racking system. Their frames have teardrop-shaped holes onto which the pins from the beams fit in.
Cross Beams
The cross beams come with pins that connect to the uprights from four corners. They end up segmenting the uprights into shelves that can be used for storage. Wire Decks
The wire decks are wire frames that are supported by the cross beams to provide a base onto which the loads can be placed. In this setup, visibility and air circulation is improved which is vital for the goods. It is also crucial as a safety measure to allow penetration of water in case of fires.
